The Relay Harness is included, which has fuse to protect the entire headlight electric system. And there are no frequent flickering at all. Because of less current when starting up, life of bulbs becomes longer. This is a genuine bi-xenon HID Bulbs that is E4 & ISO-9001:2000 Approved, NOT those cheap ones that do nothing at all.
