The real trick to going HD (besides doing your homework about what you're buying) is finding a great deal on HD cables. Electronics stores and brand names severely mark up prices for cheap cables that do THE EXACT SAME THING since that's where they make a ton of easy money.
Don't play their game. Get your cable here. I bought two cables for my PS3 and Westinghouse HDTV and it works perfectly. It was cheap, shipped fast, and works perfectly.
And before all else, order your cable before you buy anything else for your HD setup so you can get to a roaring start without getting ripped off at the store.

Within the last few weeks I finally decided to jump from a CRT and Analog cables (Red, white, yellow) to a LCD with HDMI. I knew what the LCD was however was sorely lacking in knowledge when it came to cables and high def. After I had bought the TV and the player (which told me on the box not to forget the HDMI cables!) I had to search for the proper connections. Well, the only offerings in the store were HDMI cables ranging from 40-120 dollars. What did I know? I bought the 40 dollar ones (I know I am cheap) and was happy with them, until I found these by chance on mydepots.com.
When I first looked at the page advertising these inexpensive cables for sale, I thought to myself: "Of course they're cheap, because they will fall apart within a week". However, when reading the reviews I started to get curious. How could I go wrong at 20 dollars for 2 pcs shipped!
So I tried them out, have them connected, as I write this, to a samsung 37" 1080p LCD and get the same quality (with no interference) as the 40 dollar cables. The shipping was 3 days and I could not have been more satisfied. You do not need gold plated, platinum plated, or heavy duty cables because some reviewers are right: "All you need is that digital signal". Moreover, they are plain (no logos or colors) but they are no of shoddy construction (I wiggled them around and unplugged and plugged them numerous times). What can I say? It is a quality product that anyone can afford.

I have a 56" Toshiba HDTV, and recently got HD digital cable. I used Component video cables in the past, and relized I now had HDMI connection. My first stop was Best Buy, and found their 2-3 brands of cables, all running over $80!!! For a CABLE!? So I googled for HDMI calbe, and found this one sold for $20 for 2 pcs shipped. I figured I would get what I paid for, and nothing too great, but it was worth a try before blowing $100 at the store. Got my cable in 3 days, hooked it up and WOW!! Color and clarity of picture is awesome, and the sound was fine (just as good as before) I can not imagine the picture being any better by buying a brand expensive cable or anything else for 15 times the price. I HAD to write a review because this is a great deal, and I realized those other high price cables with the fancy name and packaging are probably not worth the money. Great deal. great product, fast delivery and hassle free buying. Thank you.

Ok so I am a girl and I am not much of a techie but I didn't want to spend $100 on an HDMI cable. I came to VVME and read a lot of the product reviews and google for vvme review.
I first purchased the the HDMI cable from ClearAV, it was inexpesive and not the best product. It cost me a little over $10 for the item. I tested it on my upconverting Panasonic DVD player on 1080i resolution on my 40" 1080p Samsung LCD TV but it had poor signal quality and the cable was not an HDMI version 1.3. So when I played my DVDs the picture would go on and off and so would the sound and there was a flashing line on my screen. Then I thought maybe I need to get another cable but still was not willing to pay $100.
OK so I got the product 2 business days later from VVME( I was so happy it arrived promptly), I tried it last night and everything was perfect. I didn't have to wiggle the cable to see if I could get a better signal, audio and picture quality. Just plugged everything in and one, two, we were in business. I even did my Core Secrets workout with all the movements and I still got perfect picture and sound. I'm girl with not much knowledge on such stuff but I know a great product when I see one.

These cables worked great for me...I'm getting 1080p @ 24hz no problem. My setup is a Samsung 52" LCD TV (LN52A650) and a Playstation 3. Save yourself a whole lot of money and don't get ripped off buying "Monster" or any other overpriced HDMI cable. DHL shipping, received it 3 days later after placing the order for 2 cables. Order 2 while you're at it...someday you'll need another one!

Anyone who has looked for deals on HDMI cables know they can be hard to find, retailers tend to boost the price on the cables to make up for the deals they give on televisions. After reading about HDMI cables , which if you have not done I highly recommend reading their research, I decided to look for a cheaper cable. I already have a Blu-ray player hooked up via HDMI, and I was looking for a cable for my XBOX 360. I decided to give the VVME HIDMI cable 1.3 at just over $19.99 a try. I was instantly pleased, the cable came packaged well and did not look cheap (which many off brand cables can when purchased sight unseen). Plugged it up a month ago, and have not had to touch it since, now gaming and streaming video comes across crystal clear, not to mention the biggest shocker, which is the incredible difference in sound.
great product great price, highly recommended!
