Mydepots Online maintains an everyday savings pricing policy. We watch other retailers closely and maintain competitive pricing. We take great pride in offering a fast, efficient, friendly and secure shopping experience, with great products at fair prices.
Every customer who are purchasing on Mydepots Online are invoiced for their orders. Their invoices will include the price of the product and its shipping costs.
There is a sliding scale for bulk order customers. Prices can be checked using the prices calculators on the Wholesale page. Such customers can also benefit from certain special arrangements.
By default, prices on this Site are given in US dollars ($) and weights in kilograms (kg) and grams (g). You can convert the currency to your local one using the Currency Selector in the header section of each page. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties incurred in connection with your order.
This pricing policy is subject to modification and Mydepots Online reserves the right to make alterations at any time.
Mydepots Online chooses its products based on the excellent designs and proven hardware reliability.
We check all the orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included in each package and that the adapters and other standards are in compliance with your country.
We have a QA team testing everyday your products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.
If any component fails within the warranty period, we will be able to replace the defective component(s) immediately.
All our products are covered by a ONE YEAR WARRANTY, for return, repair and replacement. In essence this means that faulty products can be returned to Mydepots Online. We will take care of the reparations or replacement(s) and ship the product(s) back to you.
For all confirmed sales, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if the item received is defective or incorrect.
Payment must be finalized within 10 days since the order is placed. Orders that are still unpaid after 10 days will be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction.
All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning. For warranty claims, we will ship your replacement once we receive your returned item and the return shipping fee.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any other charges by the courier company. This includes warranty claims. We will try our best to make sure products are shipped to our customers and are in the best conditions.
- Resend - If the package gets lost or damaged at the arrival, we will ship another one immediately.
- Return and full refund - Products with quality problems, if notified in 10 days (from the date products were received), can be returned and refunded. Customer will need to send their products back to us. When we receive the products, we will give our customer a full refund.
- Replacement - Products with quality problems, if notified within 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced. Customer will need to send their products back to us. When we receive their products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back. We will do the necessary paying the shipping fee for the replaced products.
- Repair - Products with quality problems, if notified within 1 year (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired. Customer will need to send their products back to us. When we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back. We will do the necessary paying the shipping fee for the replaced products.
Mydepots Online can ship single item, samples or large orders WORLDWIDE.
Please provide your phone number during checkout. Failure to do so may result in shipping delays.
We use EMS, DHL and TNT to deliver your product. Like DHL, EMS is a very good courier which has good connection with customs. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Physical address is needed. For USA, Canada and major EU countries, DHL ExpressONLY TAKES 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.We ship to the rest of the world using other express services such as EMS, but it may take longer. (5 to 12 days depending on your location).
We process orders during business days only: Monday to Friday.
There are no taxes, VAT or other additional fees. The price indicated on the checkout page is the final price, including the shipping fee. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. In order to avoid TAX and VAT, we declare your purchase(s) with a low value as for gifts, private items and samples.
Please note that all import taxes/duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Mydepots Online will assume no responsibility for customs costs incurred.
